This week we finished and mounted some pretty fantastic pieces of art. We drew pictures of what the seasons of the year might look like through a window. We used pencil and texta to create our images.
We also discovered some great ways of saving water and we loved watching the H2O Water Saving Mission video (check out the learning links).
Finally, we had a great time learning about different types of clouds. We created posters in Comic Life showing cloud images and their names. This was a new computer program to most of us and it was pretty cool to be able to create a poster with ease. We also attempted to create a cloud in a bottle, but only one group saw anything that looked remotely like a cloud. It was not a very successful science experiment. Better luck next time!

Water Cycle Learning
This week Year 4 are learning about the Water Cycle. We are starting to label the cycle and we are doing an experiment looking at transpiration. We placed a plastic bag over some leaves and we are now waiting to see what happens.
